The Rules Enforcement Level for the tournament is Competitive, and decklists will be required.
The number of Swiss rounds will be based on attendance with a single elimination playoff in accordance with the Magic Tournament Rules.

Doors open at 10 AM, and the tournament begins at 11 AM.
